We have also trained a significant majority of their workforce to promote a well-informed neuro-affirming culture for existing and potential neurodivergent employees. The Better Health at Work Awards (BHAWA) recognise the efforts of employers in the North East and Cumbria in addressing and attempting to improve health of employees within the workplace. The BHAWA allows individuals/employees to benefit from health information and opportunities they wouldn't normally. This in turn can improve general staff culture, individuals' morale and outlook on work, it can also keep people healthy and able to work which also reduces absenteeism and keeps productivity high. Bazaar Group currently hold the Continuing Excellence status on the award, which has shown a commitment of 4 years minimum towards improving their staff health and wellbeing offer, and continue to better themselves year on year.
